Most secrets are revealed by the "Intuition" perk, which causes hidden area walls to flash or shimmer. However, if you haven't invested in that skill, you can use this guide to find every hidden room in the main campaign. Note: Exact map names vary by release/patch; below

Secret Places appear as shimmering, translucent green walls or floating green orbs. Walking into them triggers a message ("Secret place! +500 Credits" or loot). They contain either large sums of money, rare ammunition, medkits, or—most importantly—high-tier weapon modifications and armor. Most secrets are revealed by the "Intuition" perk,

Secret #4 – Under the Stairs Just after the first save point, you descend a set of metal stairs. Instead of going forward, walk under the staircase. A small alcove contains a Flak Jacket (+20% armor).

Secret #5 – The Drain Pipe In the large circular room with four tunnels, look for a drain pipe on the north wall that has water trickling out (most don't). Shoot the grate. Behind it: 2x Frag Grenades and a Energy Cell.
