In 2018, she launched Natural Harvest—a hybrid farm, educational platform, and seed-saving initiative located on 40 acres of reclaimed pastureland in the Willamette Valley, Oregon. The name "Natural Harvest" reflects her core belief: that the best yield comes not from domination over nature, but from a symbiotic partnership with it.
