Sequence 6 — --- Assassin 39-s Creed 3 Save Game

If you are wary of downloading files, you can achieve a "Sequence 6 state" quickly using game mechanics.

Let’s assume you downloaded Save_Sequence_6.save. Here is the clean installation process:

  • Backup & Delete: Move your existing SAVE001.save, SAVE002.save, etc., to a desktop folder called "Old AC3 Saves."
  • Rename the New File: The game reads saves sequentially. If you want this as your first save slot, rename the downloaded file to SAVE001.save.
  • Hex Edit (If necessary): Sometimes the save is linked to a different Ubisoft ID. Use a free tool like "AC3 SaveGame Editor" to re-sign the save to your specific UID. If you skip this, the game will say "Save is corrupted."
  • Launch the Game: Load the save. You should be standing in Boston, Sequence 6, Memory 1.
  • Most downloads come with generic names like Save_001.sav. You must check what slot you want to overwrite. --- Assassin 39-s Creed 3 Save Game Sequence 6

Sequence 6 opens with Connor arriving at the Continental Army’s encampment near Boston. Having proven his skills by warning the Patriots of a British attack in Sequence 5, he seeks an audience with General George Washington. The central narrative thrust of this sequence is Connor’s naive but noble belief that by aiding the Revolution, he will secure a future of freedom for his Native American people. He agrees to help break a British naval blockade and, most famously, to participate in the Battle of Bunker Hill. If you are wary of downloading files, you

The sequence’s climax is a desperate mission to assassinate John Pitcairn, a British Marine officer and a secret Templar. The moral complexity of Assassin’s Creed III shines here: Connor kills Pitcairn not merely as a soldier, but as an Assassin eliminating a Templar target. However, Pitcairn’s dying words foreshadow the tragedy to come—he warns Connor that the Patriots, led by Washington, will ultimately betray him and his people. This moment is the first crack in Connor’s idealistic worldview. The sequence ends not with a victory lap, but with the somber realization that the war for American liberty is not the same as the war for human freedom.

The Kidd missions (which unlock the Ring of Eden – a piece of armor that makes bullets bounce off you) start in Sequence 5. If you start at Sequence 6, you may have missed the first required conversation with Kidd on the docks. You can usually go back, but sometimes the marker glitches. Given the age of the game (released in 2012), official support is gone. You have two options.

If you care about 100% sync, a downloaded save almost never has 100% optional objectives for Sequences 1-5. Those red "Sync Failed" warnings will haunt your log.
