If you have a modern Apple Silicon Mac (M1, M2, M3), you will hit a wall. EOS Utility 2 is 32-bit. Apple dropped 32-bit app support in macOS Catalina (10.15). There is no workaround except running Windows via Parallels or using an older Intel Mac.
