Datto Visio Stencils Now

Do not just drop Datto shapes onto a flat network map. Create a specific "Recovery Flow" layer.

Note: As of recent Kaseya acquisitions, resource locations shift. Here is the current best path.

Option 1: The Datto Partner Portal (Recommended) Log into the [Datto Partner Portal] and navigate to the Resources or Documentation tab. Search for "Visio Stencil" or "Network Icons." Datto historically provided a complete .zip package containing stencils for their entire hardware lifecycle.

Option 2: Kaseya’s Unified Repository Since Kaseya’s acquisition of Datto, many assets live under the Kaseya umbrella. Check the Kaseya Community or "Kaseya One" repository. datto visio stencils

Option 3: Community & Third-Party Archives (Use with Caution) Sites like VisioCafe or Devicemaps often host user-uploaded stencils. While useful for legacy devices (e.g., legacy Datto Genesis), these are not official. Always verify dimensions and port locations against real hardware.

Datto previously maintained a robust stencil library, and community archives (along with current partner resources) typically include:

Once you have downloaded the .zip file (typically named Datto_Visio_Stencils_vX.zip), follow these steps: Do not just drop Datto shapes onto a flat network map
