The current energy crisis looms over Monstropolis because modern children are becoming harder to scare and are desensitized. Sulley’s main rival is Randall Boggs, a chameleon-like monster who can turn invisible. Randall is sneaky, competitive, and is secretly working on a way to beat Sulley’s scream record.
