EZD is a proprietary embroidery-format variant (used by some embroidery machines/software). Fix: Your DXF has overlapping segments or gaps. In EZCAD, select all objects. Go to Tool > Unite Lines. Adjust the "tolerance" to 0.01mm to bridge micro-gaps.
