Technically, when a player saves a character design in TERA, it creates a file ending in .pop (associated with the Popori/Elin folder structure, often confusingly named due to the game's code history). Players share these files on forums, Discord servers, and fan sites. Another player can download the file, place it in their client folder, and instantly load that exact character into their creation screen.
