Football Manager 2012 Patch 12.2.2 Download May 2026

Note: Newer Macs (M1/M2) may not run FM12 due to Apple dropping 32-bit support.

Patch 12.2.2 was the final official update released by Sports Interactive for FM12. It was a crucial "stability" update released in February 2012.

While many players remember the large "12.2.0" update (which included the January transfer window update), the 12.2.2 patch was the polish applied afterward. If you are playing a non-Steam version (Disc or legacy digital copy), you will need to download the manual patch executable.

Installation Instructions for Manual Patch:

  • Once installed, launch the game. You can check the version number in the bottom left-hand corner of the start screen. It should read 12.2.2f247673.

    A: Patch 12.2.2 contains the official "Winter Transfer Update" released by SI. It includes transfers up to February/March 2012. If you want transfers from later years (e.g., 2013, 2024), you are not looking for a patch; you are looking for a Custom Database. Note: Be careful when downloading executable files

    For the best experience, start a new save to get the fully updated database.
