If you cannot find a specific Goldcut driver, you can often use the HPGL (Hewlett-Packard Graphics Language) generic driver.
Most Goldcut JK Series units shipped with a mini CD containing the driver and a basic cutting software called SignCut or ArtCut. However, modern computers (especially laptops) no longer include CD/DVD drives. Furthermore, those old CDs contain drivers designed for Windows XP, Vista, or 7.
