Short Blurb (Menu): Warning: Contents are Hot. A blistering West Coast IPA packed with Simcoe and Citra. Notes of overripe mango, pine resin, and a dry, crackling finish. Don't get burned.
Long Form Description (Website): Most IPAs just want to be refreshing. Hot Lava IPA wants to start a fire. We built this beast on a bed of caramel and biscuit malts, providing a sturdy foundation for a massive volcanic eruption of hops. We dry-hopped this aggressively with Simcoe and Citra, creating layers of resinous pine and sun-drenched tropical fruit. But be careful—just when you think it’s smooth, the bitterness rises up for a long, dry finish. It’s liquid magma in a can. Drink it fresh, or get out of the kitchen.
Hot Lava IPA:
🌋 Like a Hawaiian vacation, but the volcano wins.
Juicy upfront. Fiery finish.
Don’t sip slow — it’s already bubbling.

Volcanic sulfur notes (slight) might be implied, but more palatably: intense tropical fruit (mango, papaya, pineapple) from late-addition hops, underpinned by a piny, resinous “heat.” No smoke — that would confuse the style (saving that for a Rauchbier variant). Instead, a sharp ethanol prickle signals alcoholic warmth.
