Language Pack Autocad 2021 May 2026

AutoCAD 2021 does not have an in-app language switcher. You must use a shortcut or Windows Registry.

Autodesk supports a wide array of languages for AutoCAD 2021. As of the final update cycle, the following language packs are officially available:

A Language Pack is an official add-on module provided by Autodesk that changes the user interface (UI) of your existing AutoCAD 2021 installation. It replaces menus, toolbars, ribbon tabs, dialogue boxes, command line prompts, and error messages from one language to another.

Before installing a language pack:

  • Click OK.

  • Create separate shortcuts for each language. AutoCAD 2021 does not have an in-app language switcher

    When sharing drawings between German, Japanese, and English versions, use UNICODE fonts (like Arial.ttf or Simplex.shx with Big Fonts). Standard txt.shx will show garbled characters for non-Latin scripts. Note: Not all languages are available in all
