Convert to 24-bit. Go to Image > Mode > RGB Color (8 bits/channel = 24-bit total).

Save as BMP.

Double-check file size. A proper 120x120 24-bit BMP is always 43,254 bytes. If yours is different, revisit your color depth or compression settings.
