No tool is perfect. Paragon Portable has constraints:

⚠️ Important technical note: Even the “portable” version must load a kernel-mode driver to access file systems. This driver is temporary and removed when the application exits, but administrator privileges are still required to load drivers on Windows. No tool is perfect
