The "Combine Any Item" datapack (often referred to as the "Universal Crafter" or "Fusion Datapack") overrides Minecraft’s normal crafting and anvil rules. In vanilla Minecraft, you can only combine certain items (e.g., two broken pickaxes or a sword with an enchantment book).
