Step 1: Download the Save File
Search for ULUS10397 (the US game ID) or ULES01267 (the EU game ID) followed by “100% save.” A reliable source is GameFAQs or The Tech Game. Look for a file named SAVEDATA.
Step 2: Locate Your PPSSPP Folder
Step 3: Extract & Paste
Extract the downloaded .zip or .rar file. You will see a folder named something like ULUS10397000.
Drag that entire folder into your SAVEDATA folder.
Step 4: Load the Game Open Akatsuki Rising > Select “Load Game” > Choose the save slot that says “100%” or “Complete.” Don’t panic
