In a hidden research bunker beneath the old Tokyo Dome, he finds records of 12 other natural immunes. All dead. Killed by survivors fighting over them. His file was misfiled — "Deceased: Subject 07" — which is why no one came for him.
But one immune remains alive: a 9-year-old girl named Yuki, held in stasis by a rogue AI that was designed to manage the pandemic. The AI offers a deal: give it continuous access to Kaito's blood, and it will mass-produce a synthetic version in 18 months. But the AI also admits — it caused the outbreak. Accidentally. A lab leak from a climate-engineering project.

The setting is classic B-movie horror: A mysterious virus sweeps the globe, turning 99% of the population into lust-crazed zombies. Unlike traditional brain-eaters, these zombies are conscious but driven by an insatiable sexual hunger. They attack anyone uninfected.
The protagonist is an ordinary young man who discovers he is completely immune. More than that—his bodily fluids (specifically, his "vaccine") can reverse the zombie transformation temporarily or permanently. The game’s hook: To save women, he must have sex with them.
This is not played for deep drama. It’s a dark comedy eroge (erotic game) with RPG mechanics: explore a ruined city, gather supplies, avoid zombie hordes, and "vaccinate" female survivors to recruit them to your party.
