Paragon Hard Disk Manager Change Language New
This is a known cache bug in versions 18.0 to 18.3. You need to clear the UI cache.
OEM-branded versions (e.g., "Acronis" or "Paragon" bundled with a hard drive) often lock the language to the region where the drive was sold. You cannot change these via the config file. You must download the International version from the manufacturer's global website instead of your local subsidiary site.
If there is no in-app switcher, Paragon stores the language setting in the Windows Registry. You can edit it manually. paragon hard disk manager change language new

Click OK.
If you don't see Language, right-click in an empty area → New → String Value → name it Language → then set the value as above.
Close Registry Editor and restart Paragon Hard Disk Manager. The interface should now be in English. This is a known cache bug in versions 18
If the above methods fail or you have a non-English installer version, the best solution is to download the official English installer.
Some Paragon installers include a language selector on the first setup screen. If you need a different language and don’t see it in-app: Click OK
