Do not simply click "Start." You will brick the drive.
There is no traditional "Setup.exe."
The Phison PS2251-07 (often recognized in system tools as PS2307) is a common USB 3.0 controller found in many branded flash drives (Kingston DataTraveler, Corsair Voyager, etc.). When these drives become corrupted, show 0 bytes, or are flagged as "counterfeit," the only recovery method is using Phison’s MPtool (Mass Production Tool).
Unlike simple formatting tools, MPtool interacts directly with the controller’s firmware. Warning: Using the wrong settings or firmware will permanently destroy the drive.
