Installing a skin is surprisingly easy, but beginners often get stuck because PotPlayer hides its skin folder. Follow these steps carefully:

Step 1: Download the Skin Ensure the file extension is .dsf (DirectShow Skin File) or a compressed .zip folder containing .dsf and .png files.

Step 2: Locate the PotPlayer Skin Directory By default, PotPlayer installs skins here: C:\Program Files\DAUM\PotPlayer\Skins Note: If you are using a portable version, the "Skins" folder is in the root directory of the portable drive. Extract the archive if needed

Step 3: Extract and Place Drag and drop the .dsf file into the Skins folder. If the skin came with a folder (containing images), drop the folder in as well.
