  • By the time 2.9.6 rolled around, the Chinese version had already diverged massively. The core story worlds (Ancient Egypt, Pirate Seas, Wild West, etc.) were there, but the mechanics were different. You had: Grind overload

    Prior to 2.9.6, once you got a plant to Level 10 (or 15), it was done. 2.9.6 introduced Mastery Levels (M1 to M200).

    A wildly different, more chaotic, and grindier beast than the international version – but with more content and flashy systems.
