lmutil lmstat -a -c [PORT]@[SERVER]
Specifically filter for QCC:
lmutil lmstat -f qcc
If the output says "Users of qcc: (No users)," the feature is available. If it says "Cannot find qcc," the license file is missing the feature definition. Specifically filter for QCC: lmutil lmstat -f qcc
