Simcity 3000 No Cd Patch May 2026
A No CD patch (also known as a crack) is a modified version of a game’s executable file (the .exe). In the late 90s and early 2000s, publishers used SafeDisc or SecuROM copy protection. Every time you launched SimCity 3000, the game would poll your optical drive to confirm that the original disc was present.
The SimCity 3000 No CD Patch replaces the original SC3U.exe (or SimCity 3000.exe) with a version that has had these polling commands removed or bypassed. The result:
