A: Go to the SimHub Discord channel or email the developer via the contact form on SimHub.fr. Provide the email address you used for the purchase or your PayPal transaction ID. They will resend the file.

  • After placing the file, restart SimHub.

    • If your license suddenly stops working after a Windows Update, download the latest version of SimHub from the official site. Outdated SimHub versions sometimes fail to parse newer license file encryption standards.
