This paper explores the evolving fashion aesthetic of Telugu actress Rasi, as documented through her professional photoshoots and public style gallery. While Telugu cinema (Tollywood) has traditionally emphasized conventional glamour, Rasi’s visual portfolio presents a distinctive blend of traditional Indian textiles and contemporary Indo-Western silhouettes. Using a qualitative visual analysis of 25 curated images from her official gallery and media coverage (2021–2025), this study examines how Rasi’s fashion choices reflect broader shifts in regional cinema’s styling—moving from formulaic representation towards individualistic, character-driven fashion narratives. The findings indicate that Rasi’s style gallery serves not only as a promotional tool but as a cultural text negotiating modernity, regional identity, and gendered performance in South Indian entertainment.
