Teseo Naxos 21 Page

The Teseo Naxos 21 is a 21-meter (approximately 68.9 feet) luxury sailing catamaran produced by the legendary Italian shipyard Teseo Marine, in collaboration with the Naxos Yacht Design studio. Despite the "21" in its name, it is often colloquially referred to as the "21-meter series," distinguishing it from smaller production cats like the Lagoon 46 or Fountaine Pajot Aura 51.

The "Naxos" designation pays homage to the largest island of the Cyclades in the Aegean Sea—a nod to the yacht’s exceptional ability to handle strong Meltemi winds while providing a smooth, hotel-like ride.

The project is developed by Teseo S.A. , a joint stock company with two equal partners:

Critically, the developer has secured a €12M loan from the European Investment Bank for “sustainable tourism infrastructure,” which de-risks the project financially. Unlike many Greek developments that rely solely on off-plan buyer deposits, Teseo S.A. has equity to complete the build even if sales slow.

Location: Naxos, Sicily (Archaeological Museum of Naxos) Date: Summer 2021 (Specifically July 2021 onwards)

Owning a Teseo Naxos 21 is not for the faint of budget. Annual maintenance costs run approximately €45,000–€60,000, including:

However, because Teseo used high-quality marine-grade aluminum for the mast and stainless rigging from Navtec, rigging replacement is only needed every 8-10 years, not 5.
