Vmix Pro 24.0.0.72 -x64- May 2026

The "x64" in the filename isn't marketing fluff. By version 24, vMix fully abandoned the 32-bit memory limits. Build .72 exploits the x64 architecture in three critical ways:

This build was optimized for NDI 4.0 and 4.5. It allows you to send vMix’s master output to other computers on your LAN, receive remote Skype calls via NDI, or pull in a PowerPoint presentation from a laptop wirelessly. The x64 pipeline ensures that NDI bandwidth doesn’t cap out at 3GB of RAM. Vmix Pro 24.0.0.72 -x64-

The "Title Editor" in v24 supports HTML/JavaScript overlays. Build .72 fixed a transparency bug with CSS animations, making lower-thirds smoother. The "x64" in the filename isn't marketing fluff

This build enhanced the "vMix Social" feature, which allows you to pull in tweets, Facebook comments, and Instagram posts. This build was optimized for NDI 4

This is the most controversial point. Newer versions (v25, v26, v27) offer features like vMix Social, Zoom integration, and improved color correction. So why stick with 24.0.0.72?
