Wincc Flexible 2008 Sp6 🎯 Tested & Working

If you are planning to move away from WinCC Flexible 2008 SP6, Siemens provides a migration tool within TIA Portal V13 SP1 and later. However, be aware:

  • Communication Protocols:
  • Library System: Extensive object library with pre-configured graphics, buttons, and faceplates.
  • Scripting: Visual Basic Script (VBScript) support for complex logic and data handling.
  • Multilingual Projects: Up to 32 languages per project with Unicode support.

  • WinCC Flexible includes a VBScript editor. You can automate screens, read/write files, and manipulate tags. SP6 fixed several threading issues where scripts would freeze the runtime.

  • Use Align tools to position objects.


  • Before installing SP6, ensure your engineering PC meets the requirements. SP6 is the most Windows-friendly version of WinCC Flexible 2008.
