Some older Winpossee DVRs (pre-2018) use a simple identical username and password. This is less common today due to security regulations.
The XMeye/CamHi SDK implements no rate limiting on failed logins. Attackers can brute-force passwords, but defaults work instantly.

Based on firmware analysis and vendor documentation, the following credential sets are active depending on the firmware version and OEM variant:
