Do not, under any circumstances, use "Driver Updater" software that promises “one-click fix all drivers.” They are either bundling adware or outright scamware. Use the reliable methods below.

The audio and LAN on the X7V124 are almost certainly Realtek. Realtek provides free, universal drivers for their chips:

Open Device Manager again. There should be zero “Unknown devices.”
