You need to put your device into EDL Mode. Xiaomi Authorized Flash Tool 6.1.1 Download
Once in EDL mode, verify it is connected by checking Device Manager on your PC. It should show as Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008. Install Xiaomi USB Driver :

| "No fastboot device found" | Reinstall Google USB drivers. Try a USB 2.0 port. |
| "Sahara Fail: Firehose not found" | Your device is in EDL mode but missing firehose loader. Include the firehose folder inside the tool directory. |
| "Flash crc error" | Corrupted ROM. Re-download the fastboot ROM. |
| "Not enough space on target" | Use “Clean All” option (user data full). |
