While modern, AZA-accredited zoos argue they promote conservation and education (welfare via enrichment and space), rights advocates counter that captivity induces zoochosis (repetitive, neurotic behaviors). Circuses using elephants or tigers are increasingly banned worldwide due to welfare concerns, but rights activists go further, arguing that wild animals never belong in a cage for human amusement.
To see the difference in practice, look at the three most controversial arenas of human-animal interaction. zooskool inke bestiality wwwsickpornin avi repack
Many environmentalists and agricultural scientists argue that a strict rights view is actually anti-ecological. If you cannot kill deer (who have rights), you cannot manage overpopulation, leading to starvation and ecosystem collapse. If you cannot kill invasive species, native birds lose their right to exist. The Rights movement often prefers letting nature take its "cruel" course (predation, disease) to human intervention. The Rights movement often prefers letting nature take
Welfare regulations (like the US Animal Welfare Act and EU Directive 2010/63) require the "3 Rs": Replacement, Reduction, and Refinement of animal tests. Rights advocates argue that using a sentient being as a mere tool for human benefit—even for cancer research or drug safety—is speciesism. They point to the development of organs-on-chips and computer modeling as proof that animal testing is both cruel and scientifically obsolete. you cannot manage overpopulation

I wrote this program after severe frustration of having my layout trashed every time I switched screen resolutions. Sometimes other programs will switch screen size and trash your layout as well. This program is an answer to this problem, and I thought other people might find it useful too.
TIP: Even with Desktop restore installed, does Windows seem to scramble your icons now every time you reboot, or press F5 to refresh? If so, after you restore your icons the way you want them, manually move one icon a space or two over and then move it back. After that Windows should remember their placement for a much longer time.
Contact: Please direct all requests, bug reports and comments to the Desktop Restore area of the MIDI-OX Forum.

This tiny application operates as a Shell extension. It records the layout and positions of icons and programs on the Windows Desktop, and permits restoration of the layout. It appears to operate correctly under Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7.
