PSP UMDs are not region locked for games (movies on UMD are locked, games are not). This means a EUR ISO will run perfectly on a US or Japanese PSP or emulator. However, DLC (Downloadable Content) for Peace Walker (extra camos and AI battles) was region-locked to the PSN store. The EUR version only accepts DLC from the European PSN store, which is now defunct for PSP.
