If your Tsupy hub has an RJ45 port, you may also need a Realtek USB GBE Ethernet Driver (download separately from Realtek's site).
A quick web search might lead you to third-party driver websites. Be cautious. Tsupy does not maintain an official driver support page for most standard hubs. Downloading .exe files from unknown sources is a major security risk.
Stick to the built-in Microsoft drivers.
