User taps Profile tab → Settings (⚙️) → Language (new menu item)
You will see a list of available languages. ZaloPay typically supports:

Let’s address the elephant in the room. As of the latest major updates, Zalopay primarily operates in Vietnamese. Unlike its regional competitor Momo (which has a dedicated English mode toggle within the app), Zalopay has historically focused on the domestic Vietnamese market. However, that does not mean you are stuck with Vietnamese.
The key insight: Zalopay does not currently have an in-app language switcher button. Instead, the app is designed to inherit the language settings of your mobile operating system (iOS or Android). This is a common practice called "localization." User taps Profile tab → Settings (⚙️) →
If your phone is set to Vietnamese, Zalopay will show Vietnamese. If your phone is set to English (or another supported language), the app will attempt to display its interface in English, albeit sometimes partially.
